Walter Sabolboro
D.D.S.
I have been proudly practicing dentistry in my hometown of Queens for more than a decade. I was born in Manhattan and my family moved to Queens when I was 2. I was inspired by 6 years of braces (yes, 6!) to become a dentist. Since becoming a dentist I’ve been inspired by the most world renowned clinicians and teachers to be the best dentist I could be.
I graduated Magna Cum Laude in Chemistry from Hunter College in 1999. I went on the School of Dental Medicine at University at Buffalo and graduated in 2004. Shortly after, I took over a 25 year established dental practice which is known today as Forest Park Dental.
I love the ability to help people with my science and art. I’m very fortunate that I am involved in a profession that is always advancing and striving hard to deliver the best results through research and technology.
In my personal time I enjoy working on the board for the Glendale Kiwanis, playing music, exercising and spending time with my family.

Dr. Biana Tatarsky is a Board-Certified Orthodontist, dedicated to providing high-quality and detail-oriented patient care. She has extensive training in braces and Invisalign® treatment for both pediatric and adult patients. Dr. Tatarsky was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, and has spent much of the last decade in the northeast. She completed her bachelor’s degree at Brandeis University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Her formal dental education was completed at the University of Pennsylvania after which she returned to New York for her Orthodontic training at Columbia University, receiving her orthodontic certification as well as a Master of Science degree.
Outside of the office, Dr. Tatarsky appreciates a busy social life with friends and family, and especially her two kids. She enjoys travel, scuba diving, cooking, and putting smiles on people’s faces (professionally & personally!).

Sarah O’Leary – RDH
Sarah is a Registered Dental Hygienist here at Forest Park Dental. She has accumulated over 5 years of experience in the dental field and has over 3 years of experience treating patients living with special needs.
She pursued her passion in the field of dentistry and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from Queens College, followed by a Dental Hygiene degree from Plaza College. Sarah’s dedication to improving patients’ oral health makes her a great asset to the team.
Esther Kwon – RDH
Esther graduated from Hostos Community College as a Dental Hygienist in 2017. Dedicated to delivering smiles and promoting oral health, she is committed to providing the best possible care to patients and educating them on maintaining oral hygiene. Her goal is to help patients regain confidence with healthy beautiful smiles. With passion and professionalism, she strives to continue making a positive impact on the lives of her patients.
Lina Mulligan – RDH
Lina is a Registered Dental Hygienist and has been a part of Forest Park Dental since 2008. Her focus has been high-quality care for patients of all ages and detailed education in oral health. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and spending time at the beach with her family.
Johanna Zapata – Head Assistant
Johanna was born in the Dominican Republic and received her degree in dentistry in 2006. She moved to New York in 2008 and began working at Forest Park Dental in 2010. She brings her professional expertise and passion for dentistry to all artistic aspects of this field, including the creation of dental prosthetics and orthodontics. You might see her walking around the sidewalks of Glendale with her dog Oreo while she’s between yoga sessions.
Linda Sabolboro
Linda has been an integral team member at Forest Park Dental since its inception. As a music teacher, she would come after school to help out, until one day she realized that her help was needed full-time. She currently performs all aspects of the behind-the-scenes duties at the dental office and also works in the front office a few days a week. She is an avid meditator and a professional dancer. She loves spending time with her family and cooking for them.
